  Problem

  Slidy is an AI agent that turns articles into interactive web stories for newsrooms. Its AWS infrastructure was poorly built and cost about €1,200 a month.

  Solution

  I reconfigured the Kubernetes nodes, replaced Amazon DocumentDB with PostgreSQL, cut oversized memory limits, removed microservices that only forwarded requests, and shut down unused VMs.

  Result

  Costs dropped 2.7×, from about €1,200 to €450 a month, with no loss in speed or uptime. I did all the work myself.

  Problem

  Touch, a creator economy startup (video streaming with direct audience monetization), had a product idea but no engineering team or process.

  Solution

  As CTO & Co-Founder, I hired and led a team of up to 10 engineers: interviews, onboarding, performance reviews. I set up Scrum, CI/CD and code review from scratch and turned investor goals into a technical roadmap.

  Result

  The team launched 2 mobile apps on the App Store and Google Play and onboarded 3,000+ early adopters. My technical vision and roadmap helped raise a $250K Pre-Seed round.
